This was looooooong overdue to be posted

This is a progression of my art since 2002!

Now I know its not as fabulous as some of those artists here on DeviantArt, but hey, in oder to reach that kind of skill I have to keep on practising.

Heres a small description on each picture:

02' : This was quite some time ago! I was what-11? This was when I was really into yu-gi-oh! and all that stuff. You can tell by the style of the picture that I really liked the artist's way of drawing.

03' : This was on old picture of Karasu (before I actually named her ). She never had a name before because I didnt think I would ever draw her again. It was what I thought to be one of my best colourings at the time...

04' : One of the first things I ever posted here. Its still one of my favourite pictures of Itachi I remember sitting in front of my old computer while talking to my mom and sister while drawing this This was around the time I started to get into Naruto...

05' :The very first picture I ever submited to DeviantArt, and it was also my very first colouring done completely on computer! ah- good times This was when I started thinking of making a manga.... but that dream was short lived you'll notice that since then, I have changed alot about him...

Early 06' : My first vector art! I had found a picture of Goku somewhere on google and decided to try something with it. Though at the time I had no idea that it was called vector art, I was suprised that it turned out so well!

06' :I had just gotten Paint Shop Pro8 and wasnt really good with colouring, I only knew of what my sister showed me on her computer. This is what I came up with!

07' : Getting a little more serious with my art now, learning little things here and there. I was still trying to firgure out whether to make a comic or not. This picture was a sort of foreshadow into what was going to happen in the story...

Early 08' :Now we're getting a little closer to the present Here was where I sort of 'remastered' Karatsu, but it didnt go so well... At this point I decided to give digital art a rest for a while and see what I could do with some good old fashioned coloured pencils!

08' : Not much the say about this one, except that I was trying to copy textures that I saw in digital art...

Mid 08' :Starting to get the hang of full body drawings. Although the poses are slightly lacking I started thinking more of how my poses would end up after wards and I also started to do more than just one draft of a pose! 8D

Ealy 09' :And here we are almost at the end of the list I finally get my tablet, though this isnt the first thing I painted. Here's where I started to get back into portraits and such. I really like painting now! the more I learned, the more I wanted to paint! And so as part of my new year's resolution, i painted this. Although I did go back on my promise a bit... T_T

09' :Here we are now (more or less... ) at the present, and with one of my more proper cel-shaded pictures no less!

WHEW!!!! that was a mouthfull ><

Well, that's about all for this peice, and of course there will always be more!

My last words of advise for other artists here would be that if you want to get good at art.... it only takes time, patience and lots of PRACTISE!!! Look for inspiriation everywhere and anywhere you can!
